Our Story

Orra is a family-run business based on Ireland's wild west coast, inspired by the centuries-old tradition of Irish seaweed bathing. We created Orra with a simple goal: to preserve this remarkable coastal ritual and share it with others in its most authentic form.

Everything begins with the sea. Each summer, we hand-harvest wild seaweed from the Atlantic before carefully hand-drying it to help preserve its natural goodness. It's a slower, more traditional way of working, but one that reflects our belief in quality, craftsmanship, and respect for nature.

The idea for Orra grew during a time when life encouraged us to slow down and appreciate the simple rituals that help us feel our best. We wanted to create more than just a bath product—we wanted to offer an experience rooted in Irish heritage, one that invites you to pause, unwind, and reconnect with nature.

Every seaweed bath is prepared by our family with care, bringing a little of Ireland's rugged coastline into your home.
